Presidential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Plant Boiler Operator to join a dynamic team in French Camp, CA. Responsibilities:
- Operate, monitor, and maintain high-pressure boilers and related plant equipment
- Perform routine inspections of boiler systems, steam lines, and auxiliary equipment
- Monitor gauges, meters, and control panels to ensure optimal operating conditions
- Conduct water treatment testing and chemical dosing to maintain boiler water quality
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, performing minor repairs as needed
- Maintain accurate operational logs and document equipment performance data
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and plant safety procedures
Requirements:
- Valid California Boiler Operator license or equivalent certification preferred
- 1-3 years of experience operating industrial boilers in a plant or manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of steam systems, water treatment, and combustion controls
- Ability to read and interpret gauges, meters, and technical manuals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, or on-call as required
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Compensation: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour
