Position: Armed Security Guard
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Job Description:
Citywide Protection Unit is seeking highly motivated and professional armed security guards to join our team in the Fort Worth area. As an armed security guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel. This position requires vigilance, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned areas
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
- Provide assistance and support in emergency situations
- Maintain a high level of visibility to deter illegal and inappropriate actions
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on incidents and activities
Requirements:
- Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check
- Possession of a Level 3 Commission License in the state of Texas
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from job sites
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Professional demeanor and appearance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous security or law enforcement experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
